Bourgondiërs in Limburg - exhibition design

This extensive and unique exhibition, ‘Burgundians in Limburg,’ invites visitors to step into the past. Through distinctive music, beautiful objects, and intriguing stories, the late Middle Ages come to life. The exhibit highlights three generations of Burgundians: the illustrious leaders Philip the Good, Charles the Bold, and Mary the Rich.
The scenography is remarkably atmospheric, vibrant, versatile, surprising, and festive. We used projections, patterns, music, props, and more. Still, we always kept the focus on the stunning loans from leading national and international collections, such as the Musée du Louvre, the Musée des Châteaux de Versailles, the Gemäldegalerie Berlin, and the Rijksmuseum.
